Kneeling at the Cross

1 Corinthians 1:18 (KJV) For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

What is so good about Good Friday? Growing up in church, I thought it was a mean joke. How could it be a good day if Jesus died?

It was all the Christians fault--the Crucifixion. They should have stopped the Jews...right? Only thing is, He wasn't murdered. He willingly gave His life up.

So, why did He do it? The sacrifice that Jesus perfected on the cross was all about love--agape, free, all-compassing, unmerited grace-filled love. The big kind.

He's all about the love.

Just say thanks.
