Let's Light This Candle

The Hubster and I have been getting a lot of questions lately. We know people are curious. Why is God putting so much on them?  How come they both got cancer? They're wondering...and they're watching.

As Christians, we all stick out. We're called to be a peculiar people; some of us more than others. Whether we like it or not, we are examples, like the light of a candle in the dark.

How did we become candles? When we invited Jesus Christ into our hearts and lives, He lit the wick of our souls. Don't put your candle under a basket, set it up on a candlestick, so it will light the whole room.

Revelation 22:5 (KJV) And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

Can't wait to get to Heaven, where I won't need my candle any more.

Female in Motion Health Update: The Hubster is busy filling out paperwork for short-term disability, Social Security and veteran's benefits. He's also made contact with two cancer centers to set up appointments for second opinions. He's having frequent fevers, bone pain and dizziness, too. Thanks for your prayers, friends!
